At Kayla Feather Farm, we take great care when preparing chicks and eggs for delivery. Every order is carefully packed and prepared to help ensure your poultry arrives safely and in good condition.
Our chicks are handled with care and prepared for shipment according to their age and the requirements of safe poultry transportation. Shipping schedules may vary depending on chick availability, weather, and destination.
Fertile and hatching eggs are carefully selected, packaged, and protected before shipment. Because eggs are fragile, we use appropriate packing methods to reduce the risk of damage during transit.
Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address and be available to receive their order promptly. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery times can be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival and contact us promptly if there is any damage or concern.
